“Functional Fitness” isn’t just a trend or a buzzword, it’s the best way to prepare your body for real-life.  My goal is to create individualized plans to meet your specific goals whether that is training for a sport or just training to be a fit person for life.

I specialize in high-intensity, widely varied workouts using a variety of equipment.  The key is changing things up so you don’t get bored and the workouts stay effective!

I offer training in a shared gym space OR completely private gym space depending on your preference.  Zoom and online training is available as well as equipment rental.

My goal is to provide a means for everyone to incorporate fitness into their lives at all comfort levels and price points.  Contact me for details!
