“Functional Fitness” isn’t just a trend or a buzzword, it’s the best way to prepare your body for real-life.  My goal is to create individualized plans to meet your specific goals whether that is training for a sport or just training to be a fit person for life.


I specialize in high-intensity, widely varied workouts using a variety of equipment.  TRX suspension and Rip Training can also be a piece of the puzzle.  I am happy to program some workouts outdoors if you choose!  The key is changing things up so you don’t get bored and the workouts stay effective!
