About Us

Beth is a 9 year veteran of the fitness industry after starting her career in engineering.  She began teaching group classes in strength, cardio, and core before transitioning to a personal training model.  She never tires of seeing people smash their goals and improve their lives!

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

I am licensed to conduct personal training at the Fitness Edge in Lafayette, CO.  There, we have a variety of equipment to meet the needs of the program that I design just for you.

Keeping the workout fresh is key so you don't get bored with the same old routine.  Bring a friend to help with motivation and give us endless combinations of workouts.

            SPORTS CONDITIONING

 

I have experience with softball, basketball, track and cross country athletes as well as casual racers and adaptive athletes.

            RENEW MOVEMENT

 

Renew Movement/Lokte Method is an active pin and stretch fascial release treatment that can be scheduled in conjunction with a training session or separately.
