"I began working with Beth 4 months and I am so incredibly happy I did. I knew I needed both a change in my routine and accountability to maintain a steady level of activity. I sought out a trainer at my local recreation center and was attracted to Beth’s picture and profile right away.  I thought, “If she can sculpt her body that way, she can teach me how to sculpt my body that way too.” I contacted her and we began working together the following week. Beth was accommodating right away and we were able to set up and maintain a regular schedule. About a year ago I embarked on a mission to change my body. I was significantly overweight and had decided to make big changes, both with diet and exercise. I have been working out with Beth 2-3 times per week for the last year. She is an amazing trainer and has really helped me transform my body. With Beth’s help I’ve lost 88 pounds since I began. I feel stronger and leaner every day. Beth is a wealth of fitness knowledge and she knows exactly how to set my workouts up so that I’m always challenged and never bored.  She’s always been super positive and non-judgemental. After years of not being in a gym on a regular basis, I knew I needed the help of a personal trainer to ease me in. Someone to show me how to get started and to help keep me accountable. Training with Beth has been the best thing for my journey to be healthy and fit. I came into the gym overweight and out of breath. There was no judgement from Beth whatsoever. In the 5 months I have been working with her, I have seen significant improvements.
